GRWM ~ Little Mix Get Weird Tour 2016

Bonjour!

If you have been reading for a while now, you may know that I went to see Little Mix last weekend *squeee* and today, I'd like to share with you my make up, outfit and my hair as well as my cousin's, who I went with. I also plan on writing a 'Day In The Life ~ Little Mix Concert', which should*hopefully* be up on Tuesday.

Make Up

(NOTE : For the 'Blushed Nudes' pallet, I have *tried* to label the first colour from the left, so you could look across to know which one I mean. Sorry if this doesn't make sense).

My Eyes
For eyes, I wanted to try and do a 'rose gold' look, that I'd seen on Pinterest. To create this look, I used my two eye shadow crayons by Rimmel London. I used 'Bulletproof Beige' (the lighter colour) as a base for the eye shadow, across the lid and in the inner corner. Then in the crease, I used 'Rose Gold' from the Kate Moss collection, in the crease and in the outer corner. I used my eye shadow brush (Superdrug's own, I think) to blend them together. Next, I used the same brush to apply two colours mixed together, from the Blushed Nudes pallet, to lightly 'dust' over the other colours, to add a more 'rose' to 'rose gold'. I used number 7 and 11 mixed together. I did have a little bit of mascara as well, which was Maybelline's Great Lash.

My Cousin's Eyes
For my cousin, she said she wanted pink eye shadow, so I tried to do a similar *ish* look to mine, but made it lighter and didn't use the crayons, as she is only little *by little, I mean younger than me by a 4 years, but I'll always refer to her as 'my little cousin'*. I used the 'Blushed Nudes' pallet for her as well. I used a mix of 2 and 4 on her lid and then a mix of 5 and 7 in her crease and outer corner. I didn't use mascara on my cousin, once again, as she is only little and she *obviously* didn't need it.

Face

For face, I kept it quite simple, only using my Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Revlon highlighter and Max Factor blush. Applying the powder with my Real Techniques buffing brush, adding the highlighter to the tops of my cheeks and t-zone-y bit and blush to my cheeks with my Real Techniques blush brush.

I didn't use powder on my cousin, as you've probably guessed, she's a child and she wouldn't need it anyway. *Why do young children always have beautiful skin?*. I was um-ing and ar-ing on whether or not to use blush and highlighter, but when I used it and she asked me what it was and I explained that it makes you 'shimmer', she was a little interested. I didn't use a lot, just a little swipe across each bit.

Lips
This was simple and we both had the same. I used Julianne's Nude lipstick by L'Oreal Paris as a 'base' colour, with No7 lip crayon in Delicate Pink on top.

Outfits

My Cousin's
I loved her outfit, I think its so cute! I think her top is from Next and I'm not sure where he jeans are from, but I'm not going to bother my Auntie now, its quite late! Her top is a maroon colour with 'Free Spirit' and a pattern on in gold. It came with a lace-y shawl thing? *Not sure what to call it*, which I thought was VERY CUTE. She wore dark denim jeans with little 'diamonds' on, VERY ADORABLE. When I took the photo, she didn't have shoes on, but she wore these little light brown boots with a fur trim, I think *I can't really remember*.

My Outfit

I wore a light weight dress from Next, as I knew it would get quite hot *I was right*. I has lot of pastel and bright colours. Over that I wore my leather jacket from Miss Selfridge. For shoes, I wore my black 'converse' from New Look.

Hair

My Cousin
For her hair, she wanted it wavy, so my Auntie used this wave-maker thing she has and it made really nice waves in her hair. I then parted her hair in the centre of her head and did two Dutch braids down each side and met them at the back.

My Hair

Once again, I didn't take a photo of my hair. But I washed it the night before the concert so it was naturally massive and very wavy, its a nightmare but I like it. If you have seen the photo of me to the right at the top of this page, I had it like that, but with out the braid and with much more wave. Even more than my cousin!

I hope you enjoyed this post! I can't believe I actually got it up, I was supposed to do it yesterday and didn't, and now its 23:35pm and I need to post this now!

Parle bientot,
Charlotte <3
